Turno alternative for EU rentals: Readyby compared

If you are looking for a Turno alternative, you probably already know what Turno does well: it finds cleaners, schedules them from your booking calendars and pays them. This comparison is for hosts and property managers in Europe who want to know whether Readyby fits them better, and where it does not. Facts about Turno below were checked on turno.com in October 2026; prices and features change, so check their site before you decide.

The short version

Turno is a cleaning platform with its own marketplace of cleaners, mobile apps for hosts and cleaners, and automatic payments. Readyby is a coordinator for the cleaners you already have: it reads your calendars, plans every turnover and talks to each cleaner on WhatsApp in her own language, with no app for her to install.

If you need to find cleaners, Turno is the stronger choice. If you already have a team and the hard part is the daily back-and-forth, keep reading.

Where Turno is stronger

Let's start with the honest part.

  • A cleaner marketplace. Turno says it has 126K+ vacation rental cleaners. You can post a job and get bids from local cleaners. Readyby has no marketplace; you bring your own team.
  • Automatic payments. Turno pays cleaners and other service pros automatically and lists 26 currencies. Readyby does not handle payments or invoices. It gives you monthly CSV exports of cleanings per client and per cleaner, and you pay people the way you do today.
  • Inventory and maintenance tools. Turno's pricing page lists inventory and maintenance management and cleaner performance tools. Readyby focuses on the turnover itself: schedule, checklist, photos, problem reports.
  • Direct software integrations. Turno syncs with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, iCal, Google Calendar and Outlook, and has direct integrations with property management systems and channel managers. Readyby works from iCal links today; direct PMS connections are coming soon (see integrations).
  • Track record. Turno, formerly TurnoverBnB, reports 9.7M+ completed cleaning projects. Readyby is a young product.

If any of these is your main need, Turno is a sensible pick.

Where Readyby is different

Cleaners stay in WhatsApp

Turno has a free Turno for Cleaners app for iOS and Android. That works well when cleaners are happy to install and check one more app. Many European teams are not: they already live in WhatsApp, often on older phones, and a new app is one more thing to forget.

Readyby sends the plan as a WhatsApp message. The checklist opens in the browser through a personal link, so it works on any phone, and there is nothing to install or log into.

An AI coordinator handles the conversation

Most scheduling tools send notifications. Readyby's coordinator holds the conversation: it sends tomorrow's plan, asks for confirmation, reminds, and when a guest checks out late it moves the cleaning within the allowed window and tells the cleaner. It only acts through a small set of safe actions. Anything unusual, such as a cleaner who cannot make it, comes to you as a decision with options rather than a surprise.

Translation is built around the cleaner's language

To be fair, Turno also offers built-in translations for chats, notes and checklists, and its cleaner app is available in 6 languages. The difference is where it happens. With Readyby you write in your language in the dashboard, and each cleaner reads and replies in hers on WhatsApp; the coordinator translates both ways. Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English are available now. If your team in Kraków or Warsaw is mostly Ukrainian-speaking, that matters every single day. Owners get a photo report

Turno has photo-guided checklists and cleaning documentation. Readyby turns the checklist photos, linen counts and problem reports into a report for each property owner, which is useful if you manage apartments for other people and they keep asking "is it ready?".

Built for the EU

Readyby stores data in the European Union and keeps only the booking dates, guest count and source, never guest names, emails or phone numbers. The product, pricing and support are set up for European managers, with euro pricing and the languages your teams actually speak.

A note on iCal limits

Because Readyby works from iCal links today, it inherits their limits: calendars from Airbnb and Booking.com usually carry dates but no guest names, and often no exact check-in time or guest count. Readyby fills the gaps with per-apartment defaults you set once. If you rely on exact times from a PMS, Turno's direct integrations will give you more data right now.

Who should pick which

Pick Turno if:

  • you need to find new cleaners, especially quickly or in a new city;
  • you want cleaner payments handled inside the same tool;
  • your cleaners are comfortable using a dedicated app;
  • you need direct PMS integrations today.

Pick Readyby if:

  • you already have your own cleaners and want to keep them;
  • your team works in WhatsApp and would not install another app;
  • your cleaners speak Ukrainian, Polish, Russian or English and you want each of them addressed in her language;
  • you manage apartments for owners who want a photo report;
  • you want an EU-based tool with data stored in the EU.

Some managers will want both: a marketplace to find people and a coordinator to run the day. Readyby does not replace a marketplace, and it is fine to say so.
